How do you measure email marketing?
Email marketing is one of the fundamental steps for the digital relationship with customers. Monitoring the results is an important task to understand the behavior of the public and to find out if your strategy is really effective.
In email marketing campaigns, we measure the results based on the following metrics:
Number of e-mails received, opened and clicked; CTOR (click-to-open-rate, which measures the return of “clicks” in relation to the displaying of the message) and CTR (click-through-rate, which evaluates the return of clicks in relation to the total sent); Rate of opt-out, i.e., the total number of users who have asked to unsubscribe from your list and not receive any more emails; viewing rate per hours, days of the week and days of the month.
