What is big data?
Big data is a technology that deals with digital data in volume, speed and range on an unprecedented scale, analyzing information in real time.
Among data we have the so-called “unstructured” data: tweets, Facebook posts, videos, geolocation and consumer behavior. These types of information were liable to be examined only by humans, since they depend on the context to make sense. Content of these types amount for 85% of all the data that companies deal today.
